Well, I think we should be on a commercial or something because we got an offer on our house last night which makes it only 6 days on the market! They did offer slightly less than what we were asking, but that is to be expected--and in 6 DAYS, that is amazing. Just another affirmation that the Lord is behind this 100%!
We will be closing on April 3rd which is unfortunate timing for Vince's family who was going to stay with us, but like always they are more than understanding about it! Plus, my sister Myla is also moving on that weekend so anyone who wants to help is more than welcome at either place!

Totally unexpected!

Last Friday Vince found a flyer on our front door that advertised a nice home for sale, but they would buy your home on trade. We decided to investigate a little, look at the house and see if it was for real---well, it was because we are going to MOVE into that house! It is still in our neighborhood so the only thing that changes is our address and ward.
The deal had to be tweaked (sp?) a little to make everything work out, but Vince and I are very excited and we feel the Lord has had his hand in it from the beginning! :) Our house is currently up for sale, so if you know of anyone who is looking to buy send them our way!
Of course there are more details to the story, but I didn't want to bore all of you so if you are truly interested, give me a call, email or let me know via comment and I would be more than happy to fill you in! More stories of stress to come, I am sure.

DENIM QUILT
Yes, I finally finished it! Here are some pictures. I think it turned out well for a first-timer, and it passed the "has to be heavy" test that Naomi and Ray had. :) I decided to just tie it and cut the knot strings short and it worked out well--I got the idea for the x's from a lady at the fabric store. (If you ever need advice on anything about sewing/quilting, just go to the fabric section and ask a lady with 20 bolts of fabric in her cart and chances are you will get a lot of suggestions!!)
I can't figure out how to get the pictures lined up right, oh well!
Congratulations Naomi!
