Anyone else's summer flying by????

I can't believe that only a few weeks ago I was wishing that school wasn't done yet, and now I am looking ahead feeling like I don't have enough time to do everything I want! Isn't it funny how time plays tricks on us? I know its going to get worse every year too, but it is so weird. If I don't post anything for the rest of the summer, its not my fault--summer wouldn't let me do it!

Happy belated 6th Birthday Daniel!

Daniel's birthday was June 12 and we had tons of fun! Daniel opened one present in the morning because he couldn't figure out why he had to wait til after dinner, since it was his birthday NOW. Finally, dad got home and we went to see Kung-fu Panda as a family and it was pretty good.

After the movie we got pizza on the way home, "Little Caesars, because its the fast one and you don't have to cook it" Daniel said. Then presents, cake and ice cream.

One of his presents was a bike ramp that Grandpa Stewart made for him. We all had a good time, and if Daniel has his way, we'll start planning for the next one soon.

...reading the National Geographic! :) Our neighbor says she looks like Cindy Lou Who, from the cartoon version of The Grinch movie, when her hair is like that.
